The name of the workshop is called Bliss ๐บ. The workshop is something KB has curated from the things sheโs learnt over her Pilates journey. For the past two years, sheโs been running these workshops around studios in Melbourne.
Itโs a 75 mins guided series of breathing, stretching, rolling and self-massage techniques.
Some other benefits about this workshop:
- Releases tight knots and become more flexible
- Reduces anxiety
- Recovery from injury or heavy exercises
- Discover your movement patterns
- Feel areas in your body that are free and mobile and others that are more restricted
- Improve on breathing patterns and use breath to release tension
- Awaken your proprioceptors.
- Conscious or healthy breathwork: Can improve our health on many levels, whether this is improving the immune/respiratory system, detoxifying our cells, making a decision during an emotional situation or increasing a greater sense of presence by focusing on the mind-body connection, it aids us physically, mentally and spiritually.
