A highlight of the event was the Women in Dentistry Breakfast. She spoke about backing yourself, learning to say no, and why women lifting each other up matters more than ever.

Fitness Feb has officially wrapped for another year, and what a month it’s been.

More than 1,000 emergency department team members from 30 hospitals stepped up to the challenge, with the Northern Territory joining us for the very first time. 👏

Together, you clocked an incredible 11,726 hours of movement, a 30% increase on last year. An outstanding achievement, especially alongside the demands of ED life.

From early morning walks to post-shift workouts and weekend runs, every effort reflected a shared commitment to supporting your own wellbeing while caring for others.
