Morning! It’s fresh outside in Melbourne this morning. How are you breathing today? Have you lost awareness of your breath? Top tips from yoga and the amazing book Breath by James Nestor…breathe through your nose, slow down your breath to about 5-6secs per inhale and exhale, breathe into your belly, whenever you can throughout the day remember to focus on the breath for just a minute. Alchemy news! While Dr Lani is on leave for 5 weeks we have the wonderful Dr Angela Koutsofrigas looking after our clients. Dr Ange graduated from her Chinese Medicine training in 2004 and has 30 years of clinical experience as a somatic bodyworker and Chinese medicine practitioner. She is a general practitioner with a special interest in fertility, pregnancy and post-partum care. She has an intrinsic knowledge of the body and can work with discomfort and pain, mental/emotional imbalances and sleep disorders. She is also a yoga teacher who is passionate about breathwork and meditation as great conduits for change and has trained as a birth educator. She is excited about coming bay side for a few weeks and serving the local community.
Dr Ange will be at working Tuesdays and every second Wednesday at Alchemy from April 9th until May 15th. See link in profile to book with her. 🌻
