We’re thrilled to celebrate the arrival of the very first bébé bloom baby (that we know of)! Andres, Your parents Liz and Carlos are thrilled to have you in their arms… skin to skin, heart to heart.

Andres was born at Box Hill Hospital on 29th January, and we are so grateful to be part of this incredible journey.

Sitting in this pottery studio thinking about cycles within cycles 🌀

When I got my first period at 11, I had no idea what it was. It took me 2 days to find the courage to ask my mum.

2 days of confusion and silence. Thinking something was wrong with me.

Even after “the talk,” I had zero context about the pain I would endure each month since.

Why my mood tanked before it came. Why I felt unstoppable some weeks and exhausted others. Why my body seemed to be working against me.

Spent 15+ years thinking something was wrong with me.

Spoiler: nothing was wrong. I just didn’t have the manual.

If you could go back and teach younger you ONE thing about your cycle, what would it be?
