The Australian National Gymnastics Championships 2023 week 1 is done for another year!

Always an awesome opportunity to collaborate with such a fountain of knowledge amongst our gymnastics health professionals from all over Australia, who just so happen to also be a lot of fun to hang out with!

I’ve loved being here this week with our legendary physios Jenni and Emma from Vic, and I’m really proud of our Vic WAG and MAG athletes and coaches who are full of heart, and put out some incredible performances. 🫶🏽🫶🏽
