Super proud of myself,  first goal was just to complete the 10k’s and I was thinking one hour 15 minutes. Started training last September. Couldn’t have done this without the guidance/ coaching of Brent Stewart Fitness Edge Personal Training and Dave for always believing in me and for many of a run he kept me company and encouragement on the 🚲
