Super proud of myself,  first goal was just to complete the 10k’s and I was thinking one hour 15 minutes. Started training last September. Couldn’t have done this without the guidance/ coaching of Brent Stewart Fitness Edge Personal Training and Dave for always believing in me and for many of a run he kept me company and encouragement on the 🚲 

My PB…. 58 mins 8 seconds for 10k…. Ballarat Marathon

This term we’ll explore foundations, posture, pranayama, grounding, strength, emotional balance, and a beautiful mix of therapeutic themes, all designed to help you feel more connected, steady, and supported in your body.

Each class includes warm‑ups, sun salutations, a full asana practice, pranayama, and a long guided relaxation.

Whether you’re returning or joining for the first time, you’re welcome.
