A very common condition (and often not from Tennis 🙃)

Repetitive overuse can be caused in every day life, work or sport! It's important to get on this early before the tendon endures inflammatory micro-tearing and scar tissue!

Early treatment = Better Outcomes

Combine this with home rehab, stretching and modification and you will have yourself a well functioning forearm sooner than later ✅️

We also performed deep tissue massage and dry needling as well as assess ans treat the shoulders and cervical, thoracic spine!
