GLAD Hip/Knee is a 6-week evidenced-based program focusing on exercise and education for the management of hip and/or knee osteoarthritis provided under the supervision of GLAD certified physiotherapists.

HCF and HBF have started 12 month pilot studies focusing on the benefits of the GLAD hip/knee program for hip/knee osteoarthritis.

You may be eligible to have the program fully covered. Yes that's right free Physiotherapy for 6weeks. (:

Hi all,

I would like to introduce Amy, our new graduate Physiotherapist. She graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) degree.

She will be running GLAD hip/knee programs for those living with hip/knee osteoarthritis as well as falls and balance and FIM assessments. In addition she will be also helping to run LSVT Big program's to ensure people living with Parkinson’s Disease stay active and independent.

While she has been working with the above demographics, she has capacity to see new NDIS participants and private clients as well, helping them to achieve their goals, and improve their function in daily life activities.

Please make her feel welcome. Come say hello. She is taking appointments now!!! 💪 🏋️‍♂️ 🏋️‍♀️
