I completed MBB training in 2016 & have recently had some excellent results with it.

MBB is a different approach to working with trauma held in the body. MBB can support you, very gently with chronic and recurring issues - the inherent wisdom and intelligence of the body is that it “knows how to heal itself” given the right conditions:
this includes long held trauma which can sometimes go back to birth.

MBB works with - less is best … allowing “lots of space” for the body/mind to let go, however that looks for each individual.

MBB works on all levels: the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of our being.
