It’s not goodbye, just a pause for now… 🔹

I realize my presence on this account has been, well, minimal so it’s time to take a pause.

You may already know IG isn’t my fav place to hang out, so I’m going to stop feeling guilty for not showing up here. There - I said it. 🙂‍↕️

One day I’ll be back when I’m ready to do more good in the anti-diet space. But for now, I’ll settle on managing just one profile .nutrition.circle - that’s enough!

Hello 2025!

It’s probably 1 year to this day I posted about the arrival of my baby boy, and now 1 year on (my hair and those postpartum wings are proof!) I’m excited to be back in the flow of work and what this year brings.

This past year has taught me a lot and tbh it’s given me HUGE insight to juggling life as a wife, mum of two and business owner. My own habits slipped, I’ve felt overwhelmed and my nutrition/self care went to s**t for a long while. For the first time, I’ve struggled with my post baby body which is totally foreign for me.

So I’ve paused, reflected, leaned on my supports to rise again to do a little better each day.

Today, it starts with sharing this with you and committing to helping you through any tough time you’re having too with health, your body or relationship with food.

I aim to share more of my insights, and continue to advocate for weight neutral, genuine healthy eating advice for the long term and what this can look like for you.

E.A.S.E will return this year so if you want to find peace with food - don’t forget to join my waitlist and I’ll keep you updated.

Thanks for reading and may this year be bright for you too.

Xx

🩵💙He’s here 🩵💙

Mister R arrived early 2024 (as opposed to Christmas which I’m very happy about!)

We’re finding our groove, enjoying those newborn snuggles and battling the sleepless nights. But life’s good - a challenge some days but overall soul filling good.

My village has been amazing and this is something anyone who’s expecting needs to consider - I wouldn’t be coping without the beautiful support all my family and friends have given me these past 3 weeks.

I’m taking the next few months off seeing 1:1 client but I’m pumped to be opening the doors to E.a.S.E in February - stay tuned if you’re someone who wants to CHANGE their food relationship and ditch dieting for good.

I’ll share more real soon - but right now, I’m nap trapped so make sure you sign up to the waitlist to get priority access to the last 2-3 spots! Link in bio

So it’s probably high time that I share my news that I’ve been busy growing a human.

I realize I’ve kept a low profile these few months, (sorry, but also not 😝) because to be honest - pregnancy second time round is definitely harder!

I’m wrapping up client appointments at the end of November and will take a break until mid next year where I’ve got lots of exciting things planned on the horizon.

But for now, I wish you the best leading into the tail end of the year and stay safe and well xx

This week wrapped up the final session of E.A.S.E (easy, abundant, simple eating) and the incredible changes these strong and brave women have made has brought me absolute joy 💖

Transformation comes in all forms - and what has stood out from group has been:

1. The shift of blame from themselves that it’s not their fault when diets don’t work
2. A clearer sense of who they want to be, in the most healthy and grounded way (and not solely about body size)
3. The food thoughts that have SIGNIFICANTLY reduced; no longer do they spend all day worrying about food - but have found peace and calm to focus on more important stuff.

I asked each of them to sum up the E.A.S.E program in one word;
👉🏼 ENLIGHTENED
👉🏼 LIBERATED
👉🏼 SUPPORTED

What more could you want for someone to be equipped to move forward and be a better version of themselves?

I’m proud that E.A.S.E isn’t about weightloss or under the guise of ‘you’ll be healthy as you drop the kilos’ - FFS we have enough of them already.

What this offers is a deeper, more compassionate and sustainable approach to you, your food and your body.

If you feel you too could benefit from finding food freedom, join the waitlist (link in bio).

Here’s a truth… 🤯

We spoke about this tonight in my EASE coaching program, because this often is what’s believed/sold/told to be the right amount (or less mind you) to achieve ‘sustainable weight loss’.

Let’s be clear… it’s not. And never will be. And it’s also why it feels so damn hard to stick to (& why you also may NOT be seeing any change).

Body’s do not have an exact science. Using a formula to change your body will never work (long term).

A hot topic in the E.A.S.E group last week, highlighting how much we are ALL influenced by strong and subtle messages we see and hear about bodies and health.

So, how do you build resilience against negative body image? How do you start to shake off that shame talk?

(These by far, are introductory points and I highly recommend talking to a professional as body image is deep and complex)

> Curating your own culture and environment that accepts beauty more broadly; think different bodies, different sizes, colours to help normalize your views of others

> Foster a belief that humans are meant to be unique - that’s nature’s evolution to keep us strong as a species

> Begin with unconditional acceptance from those that matter to you. Not those on the other side of the screen. Beauty runs deeper than a 2D picture.

If you’re feeling stuck in hating or shaming your body, know it doesn’t have to be.

There is help out there (& right here!) to navigate the sticky world we all live in.

The E.A.S.E waitlist is open, and might just be the starting place you need to heal your body and eat with ease.

Eating with *Spontaneity* - let’s talk

A big part of your relationship with food sits underneath the what, how much and when.

Structure (across your day) and eating regularly is so important for us humans to feel a sense of calm and certainty (especially around food!)

But what about those times you fancy an ice cream? What about that time someone asks you out, on a whim?

These food moments contribute so much more to your emotional and social wellbeing… more so than the stress of trying to deny yourself in order to “be good”, or reach that weight/health target.

Ice creams aren’t meant to be spontaneously eaten all the time, IMO your body will eventually give up on the idea of it being exciting and novel, and put it in its right place of being enjoyed every once in a while. And that - in a part of using your intuition to be able to enjoy those spontaneous life joys without guilt, punishment or remorse.

How much ☕️ is too much?

This week I’ve spent a lot of time talking with clients about reducing caffeine load and what benefits this may have on your body.

Caffeine (found in coffee, tea, Cola and energy drinks) and s a stimulant that activates the brain neurons. It can improve clarity and focus, but it’s only short lived.

Caffeine also DEhydrates… which funnily enough, causes you to become more tired, foggy and reduce concentration.

And so the cycle of dependency begins….

Recommendations say no more than 3 cups a day - but instead of focusing on the cutting out of your fav pick me up beverage, considering INCREASING your baseline of water as a way to combat the fatigue.

You often get a better result 😉

I’m not sure who to credit this quote, but it’s bloody funny… and I 💯 second it 🙋🏻‍♀️

And while we’re talking about burning the diet wagon, you can do this on a more practical level through my E.A.S.E program that’s starting next week.

Two spots have been taken, so there’s only 6 spots left!

Don’t miss this op to heal your relationship with food, through simple, practical tools that you can use forever more.

What does your lunch say about you?

My salad today may give you the impression I do this often - but reality is, I don’t.

My lunch could be 2 slices of bread and an avo, or a chicken schnitzel roll from down the road or the spag bolg from two nights ago.

Yet, one of the biggest challenges for many of my clients is - there is NO lunch😢

Because
• they don’t know what to eat
• they don’t have time in the day
• they don’t think about it
• they don’t believe they need to eat

I want to remind you that lunch doesn’t have to be difficult, or leafy or look like a rainbow.

The important thing is you eat, and nourish that body of yours to get through a whole day.

Stuck for ideas or how to do it better? DM me and we can set up a 1:1 to help with your eating habits.
