We’re excited to welcome Judd to the Rise Health Group team!

Judd is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for strength, power, and hypertrophy training. With over 12 years of gym experience and a background in Clinical Exercise Physiology, Sport Science, and Commerce, he brings a unique mix of evidence-based knowledge and real-world experience to his practice.

He’s passionate about helping clients recover from injury, improve performance, and build long-term strength and resilience — no matter their starting point.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Judd training in the gym, playing basketball, exploring new food spots, and watching the footy.

Yesterday the Rise Health team headed out to Albert Park Lake to support all the incredible runners at Run Prix. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

The event featured an elite 10km race, followed by the half marathon, 10km, and 5km events. Our Rise staff laced up for the half marathon, while our Physio team were on hand at the finish line offering post-race massages, injury assessments, and recovery advice to participants. 💪

A fantastic day celebrating community, performance, and recovery!

Another of our amazing community partners, the South Belgrave Football Club, is heading into the Division One Grand Final this Sunday! 🎉

Both the Reserves and Seniors will be taking on Park Orchards, and we couldn’t be prouder to see them competing on the big stage. 🖤❤️💚

It’s been such a privilege working with the club over the past two years, helping to keep their players healthy, strong, and performing at their best. A special shoutout to our Physiotherapist Scott Pawsey, who has been instrumental in supporting the team and keeping them injury free all season. 💪

A massive congratulations to the Scoresby Football Club on their incredible 2-point victory in the Division 3 Grand Final against Donvale on Saturday. It was a nail-biting finish that showed the true grit, determination and heart of this playing group – an achievement that will be remembered for years to come. 🖤🤍

At Rise Health Group, we are so proud to be long-time community partners of the Magpies. Over the years, our team has had the privilege of working closely with the players to keep them performing at their best and supported through the ups and downs of the season.
