‘Try harder. Keep going. Don’t give up!’ These messages are endless and can sometimes be damaging, but quitting done right is never about failure. It’s an opportunity to reflect or change gears. A sign that you’ve given something your best shot, re-evaluated or moved on.

Join the eheadspace clinicians and the headspace Youth National Reference Group as we chat about having realistic expectations of yourself, creating goals and healthy boundaries, and knowing when to change directions and let go.

Tuesday 19th September between 7-8pm

headspace professional-led online chats are hosted by trained mental health clinicians and vocational specialists and cover a range of topics.

Getting support from police, hospitals and even schools can also feel hard. You might not know where to turn and may even start to wonder if it is something you are doing.

Join the eheadspace team to learn about where to go and when, and how to get the best support for your young person out of this often-complex service system.

Welcome to headspace Werribee

headspace Werribee is still here to support our community, and the health & wellbeing of young people and their families is our top priority. In response to COVID-19, we are transitioning to online and phone services.

COVID-19 may also have affected our operational hours, so please contact us on 8001 2366 to find out more.

We're all in this together and we are here to support you.

At headspace Werribee, we work, learn and play on the lands of the Kulin nation. We pay our respects to the traditional custodians of this land, their culture, and their Elders past, present and emerging.
