i think we were meant to live slower than this. to make our own food. to take long walks in nature. to wake up and go to bed with the sun. we weren’t designed for synthetic chemicals in our food. sitting at a desk for 8 hours. staying up late doomscrolling. we were meant to live slow with nature.

2026, the Year of the Horse, reminds us that true freedom isn’t about running away….it’s about running toward what sets your spirit on fire… with courage, grace, and an untamed heart. 🐎🔥

Most people don’t realise that walking with your feet turned out (duck-feet style) isn’t just a small habit… it affects your whole body from the ground up.

When your feet point outward, your knees rotate, your hips compensate, your lower back overworks, and your spine loses proper alignment.
Over time this can lead to:
• tight hips and lower-back pain
• reduced glute activation
• weaker core stability
• uneven shoulder posture
• tension creeping into the neck and even the jawline

And your jaw can be affected.
When the pelvis rotates and the spine compensates, the chain of tension travels upward, changing head posture and creating that forward-head, tight-jaw position so many people struggle with.

The fix starts simple:
Awareness, alignment, and learning to walk with your feet facing forward.
Small corrections → big changes in how your entire body moves and feels.

It takes a lot of energy to be the ego but it takes no energy to be yourself.

When you rest in pure consciousness, life begins to flow effortlessly.

Feeling the following emotions? : unsettled, confused, demotivated?

✅ Mood Booster: Exercise triggers the release of endorphins and serotonin, lifting your spirits and turning a bad day around.

✅ Stress Buster: Physical activity lowers cortisol levels, helping you shake off stress and anxiety.

✅ Brain Fuel: More movement means better blood flow to your brain, sharpening focus and boosting mental clarity.

✅ Memory Enhancer: Exercise grows your hippocampus—the brain’s memory center—so you’ll misplace your keys less often!

✅ Mental Resilience: Tough workouts train your mind to push through challenges, building grit and perseverance.

Bottom line? Exercise isn’t just for your body—it’s brainpower in motion. If your mind were a muscle, the gym would be its playground!

So, what does yoga really do? Every asana becomes a pause. A soft reset. A moment to slow the mind, steady the breath, and calm the nervous system.

And that’s just the beginning. With time and presence, the body opens, the mind clears, and inner peace begins to surface.

Whether your path is yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, tai chi, strength training or quiet walks — commit to something. Stay with it. Let it work on you.

And if you struggle to stay consistent, don’t do it alone.
A friend, a mentor, or a coach can make all the difference.

Accountability turns intention into transformation.

At Nara Health, we support your journey through yoga, breathwork, strength training, and holistic health coaching — with clinical guidance to reduce medication where appropriate.

The lesson: You either use it or lose it.
The context: Here’s an MRI image of 3 people:
The top is a 40 year old triathlete.
The middle is a 74 year old sedentary person.
The bottom is a 70 year old triathlete.
The dark part is the muscle and the light part is the fat.
What you see is that a 70 year old may be able to retain the same amount of muscle and bone density as a 40 year old if maintained through exercise.
If not, then you suffer the fate of the 74 year old sedentary person.
Stay active and train consistently to live a long and prosperous life.
