My name is Bec Wakenshaw and I’m thrilled to welcome you to True Balance Massage & Myotherapy!

With nearly a decade of hands-on experience, I’ve dedicated my life to helping my community find relief and recovery - one muscle at a time! 💆🏼‍♀️

Growing up, I found solace and joy in movement with my love for dance and other physical activities. Along the way, I also encountered the occasional aches and pains that led me to discover the incredible effectivness of manual therapy. This sparked my passion to share these amazing benefits with others!

In 2016, I took a leap of faith and opened up my very own clinic in which you know as True Balance Massage & Myotherapy! 🤩

For me, this is more than just a job - it’s my calling. I firmly believe that ‘true balance’ in life comes from every aspect - physical, mental and emotional. That’s why I’m not just here to provide massage & myotherapy… I’m here to be your partner in wellness, your advocate for self-care and guide to a balanced pain free life. 👏🏻👌🏻
