DAY 26 Concentrations Grigori Grabovoi ®

1. On this day of the month you will learn to see the whole and it parts — the totality and its details — at the same time. This focus helps you to develop this ability. You will be able to recognize the whole and its component parts at a single glance.

Let’s say that there is a herd of cows in front of you. You can see the entire herd and at the same time focus on a single cow while trying to understand what it is thinking and how it will evolve.

Following the same principle you could observe an entire anthill and focus at the same time on a single ant.

Use it for the health of others and, with their healing, you will gather for yourself similar experiences.

The healing of others is always an experience for yourself. Bringing restoration to someone or something else is always a good experience for yourself. Create more goodness, go forth with more joy and happiness and you will receive eternity in the form of concrete manifestation techniques for your consciousness.

Expand your consciousness to encompass the present condition of eternity. And there, where it is expanding, go beyond it. Surpass eternity within infinity and behold yourself as then embodiment of the Creator. Create where eternity is just expanding. If you, then Creator of eternity, give direction to eternity, eternity will forever subjugate itself to you.

Each day you may read Grigori Grabovoi daily methods of concentrations and not realize that Grabovoi is asking you to ponder, to consider different concepts.

For example in today's concentration is about the interconnectedness of everything. You may see yourself seperate to your surroundings, to everyone else and not know that there is no separation, it's an illusion of the outer world.

DAY 25 Concentration Grigori Grabovoi ®

1. On the 25th day you can focus on any object of your choice. It is important here that you take a few diverse objects to concentrate upon so that you have plenty to compare. From these selected objects combine various objects into groups, by analysis, according to some characteristic of comparison.

For example, you could put a video recorder and a cassette into one group because they complement each other. The video recorder and a radio could be in the same group when you look at them as products that utilize electronics. You can put objects of the same type into a group, e.g., two different books.

If you order them, however according to their content or themes, then these books could be put into different groups. As you see, here you can let your imagination run free. You could also just sit down at home, look around, and use the objects that surround you as the objects for this focus.

Notice how you have to have an understanding of the human form in order to create any particular object out of it.

He reminds you here once again that while you are contemplating such concepts, such as eternity, you must construct and hold your desires result in your consciousness.

1. On the 21st day of the month focus intently on number sequences that run backwards. For example: 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10......31, 30...17. The numbers used for this sequence must fall in the interval between 1 and 31 (the maximum number of days in the month). This gives you 31 numbers to work with. You will see that your consciousness is not different from your body you will see how your soul constructs your body. Do not forget this insight. Transfer it from one-second to the next, give it to others, and out of the moment create eternity. You will make yourself so eternal that, without trying, it seems as if you lived before.

This eternal process of creation, this is eternal life. Construct other objects around yourself according to the same principle. Build worlds. Create joy, sow the seeds and so make the bread.

Let there be tools and machines, but so that the machines are harmless and not destructive and you will see that you live in this world and it is given unto you and that the machines give expression to their creator and his consciousness.

Stop the machines when they threaten you. Restore the body when it is ill. Manifest the resurrection when someone has died. Do not permit the dying of someone else. You are the Creator.

You are the Manifestor - go and create and move forward in harmony with the world. Move in harmony with all creation, in harmony with that which at some time in eternity will be created and in harmony with yourself.
