TRAUMA AND PAIN FIRST CREATE A BIOLOGICAL CONFLICT IN OUR BRAIN
When events in your life cause trauma or pain, the information from those experiences is stored across multiple levels of your being.
In yesterday's ๐๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐ง๐ฉ๐ ๐ผ๐๐๐๐๐ข๐ฎ ๐ค๐ ๐๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐ฎ webinar, we explored how the brain is wired, how the body encodes those events, and where in spacetime the light of this information is stored.
Memories are primarily held in three key areas โ the hippocampus, which forms and indexes our experiences; the neocortex, which stores general knowledge and understanding; and the amygdala, which layers emotional significance onto what we remember.
Carl Jung once observed that people will do almost anything to avoid facing their own soul โ and that the older he got, the more profoundly true that became.
We see this everywhere. Some distract themselves with endless noise. Some hide inside ambition. Some disappear into relationships. Some spend entire lives performing strength while quietly collapsing inside โ or into dis-ease.
The shadow grows dangerous when ignored, and perhaps that's why so many sensitive people spend years feeling internally divided โ what are often called parts in conflict.
What appears to be happening in front of you is rarely what's actually happening. Imagine peeling back your phone screen โ beneath it you'd find circuitry, code, and signals.
People are no different. Their tone or behaviour is just the surface. Underneath lies a complex system of fear, childhood patterns, and nervous system responses. Stop fighting the distraction and start seeing the system.
Every reality we perceive is constructed from the blueprints of our inner world. It's not the unknown that shapes the scene โ it's the depth and complexity of what we carry within, projecting outward.
Your brain functions like a search engine. Ask it "Why can't I do this?" and it will search your entire history to find a thousand reasons to confirm failure. But ask "How can I?" and it begins solving. It begins building neural pathways toward possibility.
The question you ask determines the reality you build.
It's important to feel secure within yourself. During yesterday's practice we used some of use some number sequence from Grigori Grabovoi, here's one to assist you.
