A bit of History... Narre Warren Wellness Centre was developed more than 18 years ago by Naturopath Jan Elkington. In 2015 Naturopath Agata Krupska joined the team and worked closely alongside Jan Elkington. In February 2017 Naturopath Agata Krupska became the new Clinic Owner. Recently Agata has moved her practice to Beautiful Berwick Victoria.
Agata is available on Skype, Phone or Face-to-Face Consultations.

Twelve years ago, I was trying to do a workout at my gym…
I had shortness of breath, I had to stop…sit down as I couldn’t go any further.
I FELT like a deflated helium balloon. 🎈🎈🎈
I was sitting on the floor next to my cross-trainer machine,
when the gym instructor came up to me and asked me “are you ok?”
I told her, ‘I’m just really tired and I needed a rest’.
I looked up from the carpeted floor and saw the other people exercising…full of ENERGY and LIGHT. ✨
I want to find the cause of why I’m feeling this way.
I want to feel my absolute BEST.
What I truly wanted was to make a difference in the world and GUIDE people to becoming
the absolute best VERSION of themselves.
And then I came back to my internal struggle of not being able to do a workout at the gym. 😔
I thought to myself,
‘I don’t have what it takes, I’m barely getting through the day.’
‘How can I positively influence someone else?’
Yet, I desperately wanted to finish my workout and not let my health stop me.
I pulled myself up, got back up onto the cross-trainer and finished my workout! 😀
This was a journey I needed to take!!!
So, I made a promise to myself….
I promised myself that I would seek answers to my health and help others do the same.
I committed to researching, studying, applying advice from Specialists and Naturopath’s to tune into my health and body. 👩🎓📚✍️💻
I Became a Naturopath, Nutritionist, Herbalist, Mindfulness Practitioner, Massage therapist.
I was fortunate to have excellent mentors and healers. 🙏
I studied Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Health Science, Flower Essences, Medicine’s Management and Massage.
After years of been told by Doctors that my low energy was due to having low Iron levels…
I found the answers to my depleted energy levels which was Hypothyroidism and was able to continue studying.
I consulted with Specialists, Naturopath’s, Nutritionists, Acupuncturists, and Doctors to support my thyroid and help me get through the day.
I achieved amazing results with my clients and became the owner of a Wellness Centre. 🙏
The first clinic I worked in hosted a VIP night for loyal clients which I was a part of.
The night of the launch I was nursing a broken heart. 💔
I had broken up with my boyfriend only recently before.
I felt very alone, unsupported and going into a new chapter was very scary at first.
But I wore my new custom-made grey shinny suit, put my make-up on, did my hair in a high bun and showed up anyway! 💄👠💁♀️
When I gave my speech, I was smiling but totally shaking on the inside!
My heart was pounding, my mouth was trembling, my hands were sweaty.
My beautiful mum was there supporting me. 💗
Instead of crying at home, I focused all of my energy into being the best Naturopath I could be.
FOCUS, COURAGE AND DETERMINATION lead me to achieve….
Running a 10k run in 62 minutes. 🏃♀️
Running a half marathon in 2 hours and 21 minutes. 🏃♀️
I achieved my dream of owning my own clinic.
I found my INNER STRENGTH. 💪💗
I found the answers to my symptoms.
I made the impossible POSSIBLE. 🙌
I changed my MINDSET and conquered myself.
I’m living my soul’s purpose.
I let go of my fear of “not being enough”.
And I sit here now and remember… all those years ago…
That moment in the gym…siting on the floor, feeling very low and depleted…
When I decided I was going to seek answers and do all of the work to becoming the best version of myself.
I needed to do something unachievable such as run a half marathon... 🏃♀️
To realise my own inner strength, commitment, support and belief in myself that I will get there.
Only then, was I able to make a positive impact in this world.
