June 2025 - 39,276 health checks across 33,006 users.

- User split: 19,557 new users and 13,449 repeat users.
- Gender split: 49.9% male, 50.1% female.
- 1,455 (10.2%) females and 2,054 (13.9%) males recorded high blood pressure (>140/90 mm/Hg).
- +68 Net Promoter Score (NPS) from 22,496 responses.

High blood pressure was mostly recorded for people aged 35+, which is where we traditionally see blood pressure starting to rise. High blood pressure often has no symptoms until it presents itself in a life-threatening form, such as heart attack or stroke. A majority of these could be prevented with early detection and treatment, or lifestyle modifications.

Did you know that high blood pressure—also known as hypertension—often shows no symptoms at all?

High blood pressure has been linked to serious health conditions like stroke, heart attack and kidney disease. Without regular checks, it can quietly cause damage long before you feel anything is wrong.

That’s why it’s called the “silent killer.”

This Hypertension Day, we’re encouraging you to get your blood pressure checked. It’s quick, easy and free on the SiSU Health Station. Link in bio.

April health check numbers are in;

Key insights:
- 49,287 health checks across 42,138 people.
- 56.13% females and 56.94% males aged 35-64 had not had their blood pressure checked in the last 12 months.
- 9.59% females and 14.40% males aged 35-64 had high blood pressure during their health check (>140/90 mm/Hg)

We are focused on the 35-64 age group as these people are often too busy to see their GP for a regular health check but in the rising risk of heart conditions, which are often preventable.
