After childbirth, it's common to feel tired due to lack of sleep, changing hormones and breastfeeding.
Mum burnout is the feeling of mental, emotional, and physical exhaustion, and lack of fulfillment caused by intense child care demands. Burnout is the result of too much stress and a lack of resources for coping with it.
Your new baby may also be feeling some discomfort resulting from a long labour and/or traumatic birth. This can present as excessive crying, sleep issues and breastfeeding difficulties.
If you and bub need a tune up, I can help you with a gentle and non invasive holistic healing session comprising of energy work and vibrational frequency healing.
