We use only the lowest force necessary to c

orrect spinal abnormalities and we are proud to say that our treatments definitely do not hurt. In order to facilitate maximum healing and to enable our patients to reach their optimum health we use adjuncts such as exercise, postural advice and ergonomic advice. Relief Care
When many people seek care in our office and have one goal: relief. During this initial stage of intensive care, we have several obligations:
- Uncover the underlying cause of the health problem
- Suggest a care plan to produce the fastest results possible
- Offer ways patients can participate in their recovery
- Explain the value of post-symptomatic wellness care

Reconstructive Care
This stage of chiropractic care is for more complete healing. The aim is to ensure full restoration of spinal stability and strength. Reconstructive care is designed to help minimise the likelihood of a re-occurrence. Wellness Care
We’re committed to teaching our patients that true health is a journey, not a destination. Through educational opportunities (like this website), we hope to communicate the value of ongoing chiropractic care. Our desire is to see our practice members abandon the prevailing sickness care model of health (waiting for symptoms and then taking action), in favour of the emerging wellness model.

I would like to thank you all for your wonderful wishes on my birthday. I spent the first half of the day running (how unusual…) the 2024 Melbourne Marathon. 7 min slower than what I would have liked (to hit sub 4 hours) but still ok. I feel very blessed to be able to complete these long and brutal 42km runs.

Your body has three types of movements: Segmental, regional, and whole body. Segmental motion occurs between the individual joints of your body. Regional movement occurs in a body region such as your neck, mid-back, or low back. And whole-body movement is typically what we think of as exercise. All three types are essential and work together to keep your spine and musculoskeletal system healthy and functioning at its best.

- Segmental Movement: moving the individual joints of your body is what chiropractors are specifically trained to do. Proper segmental movement can help reduce pain, improve your range of motion, and influence your central nervous system
- Regional Movement: dynamic stretching with regional range of motion exercises can reduce low back stiffness
