My approach is holistic, so we’re not just working on the body, but also the mind & spirit. It all starts in our thoughts!

I train people at my home in the Mulgrave area, or online via zoom.

30min & 45min slots available;
Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Saturdays.

Join a small group each Saturday morning for 30min of intentional exercise (will be catered to individuals needs) with blissful 20min meditation for the second half of our time together 🧘‍♀️

$120 for 4 week block.
(Will normally take a weeks break & then start another 4 week block, dates will sometimes change but we decide this is a group).
