We’re open right through the Christmas break to keep you moving 💪

From 27 Dec to 6 Jan, we’ll be running 7am, 8am & 9am classes daily (excluding public holidays).
Each morning features a mix of Performance, Power, Pump, Boxing or Kickboxing.
