Here are my favourite ways to stay well in winter:

🍲 Nourish with warm, seasonal food – Think soups, herbal teas, and immune-boosting herbs
😴 Prioritise rest – Create a cosy wind-down routine (bonus: essential oils help here!)
🧠 Care for your mental health – Journaling, creativity, and staying connected can work wonders
🪟 Get some Fresh Air - Get outside daily, whatever the weather! Also, open up windows and doors to air out the house when possible.
