CostCo run… but make it high-performance fuel 💪🛒
Here’s what made it into the trolley today:
1. Coconut water 🥥 – Nature’s electrolyte drink. Hydration without the sugary sports drink crash.
2. Grass-fed Angus beef patties 🍔 – High in protein, rich in iron, and packed with essential nutrients to support strength and recovery.
3. Sweet potato fries (air fryer, of course) 🍠 – A cleaner carb source loaded with fibre and vitamin A. Crispy without the guilt.
4. Avocado oil 🥑 – My go-to for cooking. High in healthy fats and no dodgy seed oils in sight.
5. Low-sugar protein snacks 🍫 – Because staying on track shouldn’t feel like punishment. Convenience meets consistency.
6. Kimchi 🌶️ – Gut health gold. Fermented, flavour-packed, and perfect on the side of any meal.
7. Organic beef mince 🥩 – Clean, quality protein to build, repair, and keep me firing on all cylinders.
Proof that you don’t need a fancy meal plan… just better choices in the aisles.
