Just another outdoor session… except the sun clocked out before we did 🌅➡️🌙

Energy was high, legs were burning, and the crew still showed up and showed out. That’s what it’s about—no excuses, just effort.

But hey… even grinders need good lighting 😅

Just another Sunday… or is it? 👀

Up early.
Big push session done.
10K run in the legs.

Refuelled like a machine — eggs, tuna, avo, sauerkraut 🥑🥚
Then straight into some competitive doubles on the pickleball court. 🎾

Finished strong with grilled fish, prawns, veggies, and basmati rice — proper fuel for a massive day. 🍤🐟🥦🍚

Nothing crazy… just stacking wins while most people hit snooze.

Build a life you don’t need to escape from. 💪

Every day, you’re running up to 80,000 thoughts.

CostCo run… but make it high-performance fuel 💪🛒

Here’s what made it into the trolley today:
1. Coconut water 🥥 – Nature’s electrolyte drink. Hydration without the sugary sports drink crash.
2. Grass-fed Angus beef patties 🍔 – High in protein, rich in iron, and packed with essential nutrients to support strength and recovery.
3. Sweet potato fries (air fryer, of course) 🍠 – A cleaner carb source loaded with fibre and vitamin A. Crispy without the guilt.
4. Avocado oil 🥑 – My go-to for cooking. High in healthy fats and no dodgy seed oils in sight.
5. Low-sugar protein snacks 🍫 – Because staying on track shouldn’t feel like punishment. Convenience meets consistency.
6. Kimchi 🌶️ – Gut health gold. Fermented, flavour-packed, and perfect on the side of any meal.
7. Organic beef mince 🥩 – Clean, quality protein to build, repair, and keep me firing on all cylinders.

Proof that you don’t need a fancy meal plan… just better choices in the aisles.

Train hard. Eat smart. Shop like you mean it.

Daylight savings ends this Sunday across five states of Australia…
and we’re about to get an extra hour. ⏱️⬅️

Most people will spend it sleeping in…
Or staying up later…

I’m doing it differently.

Same bedtime.
Same wake-up time.
But now 5:30am becomes 4:30am.

That’s a full gym session…
Or a cheeky 10K run…
Done before the day even begins. 💪

So if you’ve been saying:
‘I don’t have time in the mornings…’

Here’s your chance.
Don’t waste the hour — decide where it goes.

Some people call it a busy day… I call it a full send 😤

At one point I thought I got myself into a pickle… but I pushed through 🥒

Lifted heavy.
Ran my fastest 10K yet.
Then showed up to pickleball like I had anything left in the tank 😂

Body = cooked.
Energy = questionable.
Satisfaction = unmatched.

Days like this remind me… you’re capable of way more than you think—sometimes you just have to move first and negotiate with your legs later.

Exhausted… but damn, that was fun.
