4HER Fitness is looking for a dedicated and inspiring Female Personal Trainer to join our team to lead both personal training sessions and weekly small group classes.
 
📍 Location: Berwick, SE Victoria
🕒 Job Type: Casual or contractor position, with plenty of opportunity to grow
💼 Experience Level: Entry-level to Advanced
 
What We’re Looking For:
* Female applicants only
* Dedicated, motivated and self-driven
* Strong communication skills and positive energy
* A passion for fitness and empowering others
 
Must have:
* Certificate III & IV in Fitness
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Working With Children’s Check (WWCC)
* Nutrition certification (preferred but not necessary)

Training has an impact on so many areas of our bodies, not just the external, but a lot of internal things too - like hormones.

Training can have a positive impact on supporting and balancing our hormones while aiding in peri/menopausal and depression or anxiety symptoms.

*Whilst keeping in mind that “overtraining” can also have a negative impact on our hormones also. So be sure to have those recovery days too 💆🏼‍♀️🧖🏼‍♀️💅🏻*

Our admin staff are taking a much needed break for Christmas and will return on Monday, 6 January 2025.

We will not be registering new trials or sign ups during this period. Thank you for understanding.

💪 MEMBERS:
Gym is open as normal for members from 5am-10pm everyday.

Our amazing trainers are running a reduced class schedule for our members - check the app and book those classes. If you’re on a waitlist, look out for those notices.

If you’re booked and can no longer make your class, you must use the app to cancel.
