Why does Aurora hold Silent Mornings?

Entering the Bathhouse in quiet allows the body to settle more quickly.

Without conversation, the focus shifts to breath, warmth and presence and truly allows you to put yourself first and focus without obligation to anyone, other than yourself. These silent sessions support deeper nervous system recovery and a more grounded experience.

From midday onwards we shift to whisper conversations, allowing for a more social experience.

Are you feeling stress and overwhelm?

Introducing our major international retreat for the year, created in partnership with .

The day has been designed for those who feel a little disconnected from themselves, moving through the day on autopilot, or carrying a sense of mental and physical fatigue that hasn’t yet had space to settle.

This experience works through the body to access the mind.

The day begins with guided movement and meditation, designed to shift physical tension and bring you back into your body.

From here, the work deepens through an IFS-informed (Internal Family Systems) session, helping you understand and gently unpack the internal patterns that hold stress, overwhelm and disconnection.

This is followed by nourishment, rest and a guided integration within the Bathhouse.

The day includes:
• 9:30am Discover the Lens
• 9:45am Move and Strengthen
• 10:45am Wholefood morning tea
• 11:15am Relationship Dynamics and Wellbeing
• 1:00pm Nourishing lunch
• 2:00pm Integration meditation in the Bathhouse, followed by your own Bathhouse time
Guests can pre-book a spa treatment to follow their Bathhouse session.

This is a full day designed to support clarity, connection and a meaningful reset. We look forward to warmly welcoming you.

This month we focus on grounding rituals. As we move out of the energy of March, April becomes a time to stabilise, reconnect and return to practices that feel steady and supportive.

Grounding rituals are the small, consistent moments that bring you back into your body. Warmth on the skin, breath slowing, water moving around you, feet on the ground. Within the Bathhouse, this may look like moving slowly between heat and cool, allowing time for rest, or being conscious of the textures beneath you and you enjoy the space between each step.

We invite you to begin your next visit this week and take sometime to reconnect with you.

Across the long weekend, we will be hosting Aufguss sauna rituals three times each day within the Nordic Sauna.

Aufguss is a guided sauna experience where heat, movement, music and essential oils combine to create a deeply immersive sensory ritual.

One recent guest shared:

"I experienced my first Aufguss at Aurora earlier this month. Held in the Nordic Sauna, the session unfolded through soft music and beautiful essential oil blends of patchouli, lavender and ylang ylang. It was immersive, uplifting and a wonderful addition to the Bathhouse experience. I can't wait to go again."

The final step in the Bathhouse journey may conclude with deep rest on the Thermal Lounge. This rest allows the body to integrate the journey. Thermal cocooning supports deep recovery and recalibration. This is where the nervous system settles and balance returns. You have arrived. Different to how you started.

Throughout my career, I have seen how essential recovery, rest and nervous system support are in sustaining performance over time. This partnership brings together two worlds that deeply value consistency, care and long-term wellbeing.
