This week, the group classroom might look a little bit different. On the weekend, it was transformed from a place to exercise into a party room and then back into an exercise space. We hosted Benn's daughter Daisy's 6th birthday party.

We have left the lights up for now, but everyone seems to be on board with leaving them there forever, or at the very least bringing them back for Christmas. Let's see what happens.

We hope everyone who attends a class this week gets as much joy out of the space as Daisy did!

In today's fast-paced world, we all want quick fixes. But when it comes to exercise physiology, real change takes consistency and commitment. Discover why patience is essential in our latest blog post. 👇👇👇👇👇

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to expect quick results. We're used to overnight deliveries, instant messages, and 12-week transformation promises. But when it comes to your body, your strength, mobility, and function, lasting change doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time, effort, and e...

Not seeing instant results from your exercise physiology sessions?
That’s okay. In fact — that’s normal.

From time to time, we hear our clients say:
"I’ve been doing my exercises for a few weeks, why haven’t I improved more?"

And the honest answer is: you’re still at the beginning.

That first month is all about laying the foundation. You’re waking up muscles, rebuilding patterns, and slowly helping your body move differently. And that takes more than a few weeks.

Real, lasting change takes time.

At Innovate EP, we don’t believe in quick fixes. We believe in helping your body rebuild; safely, sustainably, and at a pace that actually works long-term.

Building strength takes consistency.
Rewiring movement patterns takes repetition.
Recovering from pain or injury takes patience.

Most people start noticing significant improvements in strength, mobility, or confidence after 6 to 12 weeks of regular, guided sessions.

And progress? It’s not always a straight line. Some weeks feel amazing. Others feel slow. That doesn’t mean it isn’t working, it means your body is adapting.

So if you’re in the middle of your rehab or training journey and starting to wonder, “Is this even doing anything?”, know this: it is. You’re showing up. You’re doing the work. And that matters.

Need support or want to know how long your goals might take?
Send us a message or book a session — we’re here to help you every step of the way.

Our Story

Tucker Strength and Performance is a boutique Exercise Physiology and Strength and Conditioning stupid based in Croydon in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. We provide rehabilitation and chronic disease management services and specialise in lower back, hip and knee pain as well as Athletic development. Launched in 2016, in a small gym in Ringwood, we moved to our current location in Croydon in 2018. This moved allowed us to expand our services and has enabled us to treat more of the community to get them moving again. The studio is run by Bennett, who has 7 years experience as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Strength Coach who, over this time, has worked with a number of injuries such as shoulder tendinitis, hip impingement and lumbar disc injuries. He has also worked for a number of local and semi-professional football clubs where he has trained and rehabilitated a number of current AFL players.

We are passionate about helping people reduce their pain, improve their function and improve their overall health. Using the most up to date scientific principles, we aim to rehabilitate and get people moving like never before. We believe in the concept of ‘strong is best’ and want to educate as many people as possible about the benefits of being strong and moving effectively and efficiently. If you would like to improve your movement, decrease pain and rehabilitate an old injury and you have tried the traditional approaches but nothing has been working, contact us today on 0419 159 903 or send us a message via the page
