Having survived one of Australia’s deadliest rail disasters in her teens, Stav is a strong advocate for breaking down social stigma and discrimination surrounding mental health and disability. As the principal therapist and practice director at Coaching Minds, Stav works collaboratively with clients, tailoring each session and program to suit each individuals needs.
