I honestly haven’t seen this number since I was 18… 🤯

61.3kg.

For YEARS my body would sit comfortably between 65–68kg…
And no matter what I did, I could never break past that point — or if I did, it would only last a few days before bouncing straight back up.

So this feels different.

When you’re a footy mum… your heart lives on the field too 💔🏉

Our teenage boys LOVE this game.

The adrenaline.

The mateship.

The competition.

They’ll run hard, tackle harder… and get back up like nothing happened.

But let’s be real for a second…

Football comes with its fair share of injuries 😔

This week, it hit close to home.

Jesse has dislocated his knee… and now we’re in that waiting game for MRI results.

Right now it’s still swollen, inflamed, and honestly… it’s tough watching your kid go through it.

As mums, we just want to fix it instantly, don’t we?

So we’re doing what we can…

✨ Supporting his body naturally

✨ Focusing on reducing inflammation

✨ Giving his body the best chance to heal properly

We’ve been using the web (wrap, elevate, brace) alongside Noni juice to help calm that inflammation and support recovery.

Because here’s the thing I’ve learnt through my own health journey…

👉 The body can heal… when we support it properly

👉 Inflammation is often the biggest roadblock to recovery

There’s something really special about the kind of friendships that happen unexpectedly.

Two weeks ago at conference, these photos were taken… and honestly, they capture it perfectly, pure, uncontrollable laughter 🤣

The crazy part?
and I had only known each other a short time.

But when you’re surrounded by the right people… the kind who get you, who lift you, who are building something bigger than themselves… connections happen fast.

We were actually brought together by .maz (and let’s be honest… without her, we’d probably get into a lot more trouble 😅 she keeps us grounded). Thank goodness for Lina 🥰

But this is what I love most about what we do…

It’s not just about business.
It’s not just about income.

It’s about:
✨ Meeting people who feel like home
✨ Laughing until your stomach hurts
✨ Building something that gives you financial stability
✨ And somehow… turning strangers into family

I didn’t expect this part… but it’s the part I’ll never let go of ❤️

I honestly didn’t think this would be the thing women needed to hear the most…

But wow the response has been next level 🤯

Because here’s the part no one really talks about…

Fibre isn’t just about “being regular.”

It plays a huge role in how your body handles sugar, your cravings, your energy levels… even your hormones.
