DONT SKIP MEALS
Consistency is key. Eating smaller, balanced meals throughout the day helps regulate blood sugar levels and supports your metabolism.

PLAN AHEAD
Spend a couple hours at the start of the week planning and preparing your meals for the week. By planning your meals and snacks ahead of time, you reduce the temptation of those unhealthy choices.

HYDRATE HYDRATE HYDRATE
Drinking water supports your metabolism, helps curb hunger, and boosts your energy levels. ALSO consider adding electrolytes during and after workouts to replenish lost minerals.

QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
Prioritise quality over quantity. Choose meals packed with protein, fibre, and micronutrients to support fat loss, energy, and recovery.
