If you or a loved one is receiving care through the Home Care Package (HCP) Program, you may be eligible for in-home remedial massage therapy — fully funded under the package!

To access remedial massage through your HCP:
Ask your care coordinator or case manager to refer you for massage therapy.

Once approved, we’ll set up a personalised treatment plan based on your health needs and goals.

All services are provided in the comfort and safety of your home.

We work closely with your care team and family, always respecting your privacy and preferences.

🌿 Interested in Receiving Support Through a Home Care Package? Here's What You Need to Know 🌿

To apply for a Home Care Package in Australia, simply call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422. 📞
If needed, you can request a translator during the call. 🌐
Please note: The waiting period can be up to 12 months, so it’s important to apply early. ⏳

✅ Eligibility Criteria:
👵 65 years or older (or 👣 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people)
🩺 Doctor’s recommendation confirming health concerns and the need for support
💰 Receiving the full aged pension (in Australia or from overseas)
🌏 Australian citizenship not required

🏡 There are four levels of Care Support.

🌱 1. Basic Care Needs
🧹 House cleaning
🚗 Transport
🌳 Gardening (e.g., lawn mowing or trimming bushes if they’re a safety hazard)

🛍️ 2. Low-Level Care Needs
🛒 Includes all of the above, plus help with grocery shopping

🧼 3. Intermediate Care Needs
🧑‍🦼 Includes previous services, plus personal hygiene support and meal preparation

💉 4. High-Level Care Needs
💊 All of the above, plus wound care, medical support, and intensive home care
