A well-established, GP-owned medical practice in Frankston South is seeking a Vocationally Registered GP to join its collaborative and high-performing team. This DPA opportunity offers flexibility, consistent patient demand and excellent earning potential within a supportive, non-corporate environment.

Virtual walkthrough available for shortlisted candidates.
The Role
• Full-time or part-time
• Flexible commencement (2–3 days per week or full-time)
• Mixed billing model with transition toward universal bulk billing
• Consistent patient flow with steady new patient growth
• 4–5 patients per hour
• Strong hourly billing potential
• Loyal, multi-generational patient base
Remuneration
• 70% of billings
• Income guarantee: 90% of billings or $180 per hour for the first 3 months (whichever is higher)

Requirements
• FRACGP (or equivalent)
• Current AHPRA registration
