InTandem PBS

InTandem PBS Where Behaviour Support isn't just a service - it's a promise. Hi, we’re InTandem PBS. And this is personal. The ones that pace hospital corridors. Ethical. Human.

We started InTandem because we’ve stood in those shoes. That push through red tape. That carry the weight of unanswered questions. We’ve been the parents in the meeting. The people in the system. The ones asking—is anyone really listening? So we built the kind of Behaviour Support service we wanted for our own families:
Thoughtful. At InTandem, support isn’t something we do to people. It’s something we create with them. We work alongside children, adults, families, and teams to build Behaviour Support that actually fits real life—not just a policy. We’re evidence-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and always person-first. But more than anything—we care. Deeply. And we show up like it. If you’re looking for support that feels like someone finally gets it—

We’re here. We’re with you. We’re InTandem.

Hold the NDIA Accountable to Their Own Values - Sign the Petition Today

The recent changes to the NDIS pricing structure directly contradict the values and commitments the NDIA has made to participants and providers alike.

The NDIA says:

"We put participants at the centre of everything we do."
"We work together to deliver quality outcomes."
"We own what we do and we do the right thing."

These are not just words, they are a commitment to participants, families, and communities. But the revised pricing framework undermines this at every level.

Providers are being forced to make impossible choices, cutting staff hours, limiting flexibility, and stepping back from delivering evidence-based, person-centred supports in participants’ natural environments. The NDIA’s own best practice guidance states that delivering support in natural settings such as home, school, and community is fundamental to meaningful outcomes.

Yet the drastic cuts to travel funding make this all but impossible for people who live outside metro areas, or for those who can’t travel to their therapists. These changes don’t just affect providers, they risk isolating the very people this Scheme was designed to include.

This is not choice and control. It's exclusion.

Sign the petition to revoke the changes to the NDIS pricing structure and ensure participants receive the support they need, where they need it, in ways that work for them.

Let’s stand together for an NDIS that is truly participant-centred, that is responsive, respectful, empowering, and connected (just like the NDIA says it should be).

This matters.

Because people deserve support that works in the real world.
Support that’s ethical. Relational. Trauma-informed. Grounded in lived experience.

But the latest NDIS pricing changes are making that harder, sometimes impossible, for families to access, and for small, values-led providers like ours to keep delivering.

These changes weren’t co-designed.
There was no consultation with participants, no engagement with practitioners, no real-world perspective included.

And they’re going to hurt the people this system is supposed to support.

We can't stay quiet.

We’ve written an open letter to the NDIA and NDIS leadership to speak up, stand in solidarity, and call for change. Because we know we’re not alone in this.

Please read it. Share it. Add your voice.
Together, we can push for a system that values people over process and support that actually makes sense in people’s lives.
