Each one is associated with specific physical, emotional, and spiritual functions.

They are also associated with a specific color, as well as symptoms that can arise when its energy is blocked.

We are physical and energetic beings. Addressing the physical and energetic field when things are not running at their optimum is super beneficial to treat your 'whole' self.
