Safety and consent are present in this session.
They are part of how I hold the entire experience.
Before any touch begins, there is space to check in. To talk about what feels supportive, what does not, and what your body may need that day. Not every body arrives the same, and not every day feels the same. That matters here.
Consent is not a one-time moment.
It is an ongoing conversation.
You are allowed to ask questions.
You are allowed to pause.
You are allowed to change your mind.
You are allowed to notice that something does not feel right and say so.
There is no pressure to push through discomfort, override yourself, or have a certain kind of experience. This work is not about forcing. It is about creating enough safety for your body to soften in its own time.
To me, being deeply held also means being deeply respected.
If you have ever want to ask something before booking, you are always welcome to reach out 🤎
