FREE PARENT PROGRAM
headspace Plenty Valley & Anglicare Victoria are running Tuning in to Teens @ headspace Plenty Valley.

Tuesdays 22nd July to 26th August (6 sessions) 1-3pm.

Tuning in to Teens (TINT) is an evidence based program that supports parents to feel more confident to connect with their teens, understand their needs and challenges, support them to manage strong emotions and reduce conflict.

One of the things parents find most helpful about attending this program is the chance to share experiences that are common for parents at this time, and hear new ideas about connecting with teenagers.

This week we celebrate NAIDOC Week 2025.

It is a time to celebrate and honour the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. It's an important opportunity for all Australians to learn more about the world’s oldest continuing cultures and take part in local celebrations.

✨ This year’s theme is:
The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy
A powerful tribute to the strength of young Indigenous leaders, the vision of First Nations communities, and the enduring legacy of their ancestors.
