5-7 Days a week, 8am-8pm, Remedial Massage therapy is offered to you by a Diploma Massage Therapy of Remedial Massage Therapist (also studying her advanced diploma of Myotherapy). Clean, comfortably heated room with a calming and natural ambience. Your senses will be relaxed as we only use natural essential Australia Oils. All amenities available if required. Water also provided at end of each session.

Massage therapy is a highly effected treatment and widely used to treat chronic back, neck and shoulder pain. It is also effective in treating acute pain, headaches and general discomfort from stress related sore muscle tightness and postural strains associated with the repetitive movement in sports and work. We use different modalities for treatment, utilising a range of tools especially tailored for every clients' need. These techniques ranges from Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Technique, coupled with Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching techniques. Completion of the Advance Diploma in Myotherapy, will mean we will also be able to incorporate more advanced knowledge and skill options in treatment. Complete servicing of the muscular system, providing assessment, management and rehabilitation of any condition or symptom related to muscular dysfunction ensuring you receive the most up to date treatments available.
