The amazing Georgia from Conscious Combat Club is leading https://rounds4respect.org as part of The Official 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence Campaign where 70 + amazing humans have signed up to complete one round of jiu jitsu, wrestling or kickboxing for every woman lost to violence in Australia this year. We invite you to support in any way you can… turn up to cheer them on, volunteer to help run the event, donate, share the event with friends and wherever you can to let all women know people out there care, and are acting, to create a world free of gender based violence. This great initiative has been seen and picked up by the international community and inspired other events. Join this year to be a start of a tidal wave of change πŸ’ͺ🏼🌊

🌟 Farewell and Thank You, Alice! 🌟

After three and a half incredible years at Person Centred Psychology & Allied Health, Office Manager Alice is taking a step back to enjoy some much-needed downtime. Alice has been an integral part of our team, building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional care.

We are immensely grateful for Alice’s dedication and the positive impact she has had on both our clients and our team. While we will miss her, we are excited for her as she embarks on this new chapter.

Our wonderful clients will continue to be in excellent hands with our new office manager Sarah and superstar receptionist Sophie, who are committed to providing outstanding care and support.

Today we ran a trauma-informed kickboxing session for some of the team to help strengthen our referral pathways. specialise in working with clients impacted by body image and eating disorders and practice from the Heath At Every Size (HAES) approach.
