⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES ⚠️
• Practice sessions will be limited due to rider numbers, expect around 3 laps only, so make them count 🚴💨
• Tuesday practice is roll through only 🔄
• Each age group starts from plate number 10 and works upwards 🔢
• Riders must use their allocated plate for the entire event, including National Series Round 2 🏁
• No breaks during racing ⏱️
• Staging will run the same as Worlds, so do not miss your moto 🚦
• Registration is across the road near the Scout Hall 📝
• Bikes are allowed inside the Scout Hall 🚲
• No tents around the track, tent city only. First in, best dressed from 8am Monday ⛺

From 8am, til all jobs are finished.

!! COACHING CANCELLED. 🌧

Unfortunately we’ll have to cancel this mornings coaching at Lilydale Bmx. 😢
Reports have said it’s been this soaking rain all night. Plus the heavy rain we have had in the last couple of days means the track would be far too soft to ride safely.
Its was a tricky decision this morning but always better to preserve the track and our riders💪

Alright legends, big weekend incoming — here’s what you need to know so we can keep things running smooth 👇

🔵 Saturday
• Tent set up from 11.45am ⛔
Yes, we know you’re keen… but please don’t be that person. We don’t want to have to play tent police. 👮‍♂️
That means NO tents are to be brought into the facility until 11.45am - even if you're at Holeshot Coaching. Tents are not allocated, first in best dressed.

• No tents are to be put up on the velodrome (save this for Nationals....) it is for staging only.
• Holeshot Coaching crew — you’ll need to park outside and stretch the legs with a short walk in. Consider it your warm-up 😉
• There is still a few spaces available for the 12-2pm gates session.

☕ Our canteen opens from 12pm, and we’ve got Bang on barista on deck Sunday to keep the coffee flowing with the early morning and busy day!

• Egg & bacon rolls firing early 🔥 — follow your nose, you won’t miss them!

🚫 Parking (aka don’t test your luck)
• No parking in Packham St on Sunday.
As per AusCycling advice — if you’re caught moving cones/gates or sneaking a park where you shouldn’t, riders can and will be removed from racing 😬 It’s all about keeping our riders and pedestrians safe in the warm-up/cool-down zones.

Let’s all do the right thing, look out for each other, and make it an epic weekend on and off the track.

It’s going to be a big one — we seriously can’t wait 👊
