Tranquility Crystals was founded in 2015 by Manjit Mieszkowski, born out of a desire to share the magic and connection of crystals, energy and the possibilities that arise from reconnecting to one’s true essence. What initially started as a business to share crystal knowledge and handcrafted products has now evolved to encompass multiple offerings including workshops, consultations, new lines of wellness products, and even education through our School of Empowerment. Despite this growth, Tranquility Crystals still ensures that all offerings and activities uphold the original mission statement of — empowering people to trust their intuition, reconnect to their soul magic, remember their innate wisdom and live life in their own authentic way, sharing their gifts with the world and anchoring in their highest frequency.

Frankincense is a beautiful resin that we'll be creating with in the Smudge Stick and Sacred Incense Workshop.

Frankincense has been used since ancient times, it is a truth oil used for anointing, clearing and creating magic. Its has been used in Ancient Egypt and even before then. For me Frankincense takes me back to Egypt in the times of the goddess Hathor and Isis. It ability to help you see past the veils of illusion and see the truth for it is without judgement is powerful and 'eye' opening.

What do you do to keep the flow of your light lit?

Do you have a regular practice? Meditate? Spend time in nature? Do you use your breath? imagination or both? Maybe you use the sound of your voice to connect into your light and allow it flow. Or maybe you do all these things at different times.

Whatever your ritual/practice, keep at it, keep going. Focus on the light within you and around you and choose what you allow in. You've got this!🧡✨

this can be simple as thanking the beautiful rays of sunlight on your face. Try doing this in am and before bed or whenever you remember.

Focus on breathing in light and exhaling to soften.

Benzoin Sumatra is a beautiful resin from the forests of Sumatra, Indonesia. The tree grows to about 12-30 meters in height and can live upto 70-100 years. Its spiritual properties vary from promoting emotional balance, soothing away sadness, grief and anger. It has an earthy, balsamic scent and sweet vanilla undertones, the scent is said to melt away blockages and open up the heart. Personally I love the smell of Benzoin Sumatra - It is one of my many favourites to put in a cleansing incense mix. ✨

We'll be hand pounding this resin in a pestle and mortar at the Smudge Stick and Scared Incense Workshop💛🧡💙

Really looking forward to this creative workshop, it's going to be full of magic and plant medicine.

Over the course of three-hours, you will learn how to make your own smudge sticks and resin incense, using a variety of herbs, flowers, resins and plants. You will gain an understanding of how to clear your home and fill it with higher frequencies.

If you're interested in plants, flowers, herbs and resin come and along and have some fun, get creative and deepen your relationship with your intuition.

There are so many 'things' that prevent self-trust from fully forming, past experiences, past life blocks, not owning your magnificence, fear of failing, fear of hurting another, fear of being hurt, not understanding your own energy, being betrayed I could go on... although it is important to understand what wounds you are carrying around trusting yourself, it is equally important to take steps to form a bond of trust within yourself.

This will vary from person to person - the wound although mainly comes from a space of fear is more than just that - it is the total sum of the experiences and patterns overlaying the fear. Therefore, the steps to create the bond of trust and healing the wound will differ from person to person.

To begin, it is creating the awareness of where you don't trust yourself, for me it was old past life wounds of power and forgiveness. Once I healed these wounds and began to do energy work on myself my trust in my capabilities grew, I had mentors, but the 'work' was left for me to do and my trust in myself grew with each experience that I was able to handle. Once self-trust is established trust in the universe strengths too.

For energetic growth to truly establish itself within you, it is important to trust in yourself. For trust to grow, honesty, self-compassion and love need to be your guides.

How do you connect with you soul? Do you feel/see/know your soul? Are you and your soul on the same page?

Your soul holds all memories of past, present and glimpses of the future, it contains the nectar of wisdom and at times holds onto pain and wounds, creating blocks and restrictions and thus attracting similar patterns into your life. Like your inner child the soul requires love and nurturing for you to grow together.

You are multidimensional, multi-faceted being and the soul is an aspect of self that deserves your attention.

I recently had an experience through (I call it) meditation, where I saw where my soul was and where I was and that it was holding onto an old wound. For months I have felt like I have been battling with myself – conflicted with direction and now I understand why. We were at different points and needed to come into unison. Hence me writing this post. There could be many reasons for inner conflict, however for me in this moment it was because my soul and I were in different directions. Not now, thankfully. But it did prompt me to see my soul differently, with a little more compassion and respect and it reminded to widen my gaze/consciousness to see/feel my soul when I do my meditation to link into my energy. I have always felt we were aligned but sometimes you can walk ahead without releasing parts of you may be lagging (for good reason).

So, this post is a gentle reminder, to be kind to yourself, practice connecting to your soul, honour its progress and look within to see if it needs extra support. ✨💜

Through each growth period you may find that the way you sense, view and feel energy may change. The more you claim yourself, the more your gifts and energy may surprise you and the more you may need to adjust the way you do things.

Take time out in each growth spurt to re-adjust - use your breath and intuition to guide you on how you are to move into the new. ✨

For me, these past few years have been a super bumpy ride, I’ve had to adjust the way I do things to ensure I am giving all that my little one needs as she grows and that I nurture myself along the way. So, I’ve learnt to do a 10-minute connection to self on the couch, whilst she eats her breaky in the morning, to adjusting the way I invoke and call-in my team and of course allowing and trying to be in the moment more. ✨ My energy has changed since my initiation into motherhood, I see, feel and flow more, in ways that words cannot describe.

Sometimes, the change in your energy can present itself in uncomfortable ways, making you think something maybe wrong, but sometimes all that is needed is a change is perspective and slight adjustment to the good ole routine. 🧡

The frequency and vibration of energy, various plants and crystals help us to connect inward, giving us an opportunity to choose what it is we want to focus on and what to release. Allowing us to take full responsibility for our own direction and life.

THE CREATOR + FOUNDER

Manjit has had a love for crystals, energy and holistic health from a young age, born and raised in the UK, she has combined her Indian and Western roots to create her own style and way of living. She moved to Melbourne with her husband in 2011 and immediately fell in love with Australia, drawn to its wild lands and abundant wildlife, she was able to truly connect inward in this vast and beautiful landscape.

Moving to Australia gave Manjit the opportunity to leave the corporate world and walk her talk. She completed her year long professional Yoga Teacher Training qualification from the Australian Yoga Academy Yoga in Prahran, obtained her Reiki Master, Pellowah and various energy modalities with renowned teacher since moving to Australia. Having learnt Transcendental Meditation was the icing on the cake providing her with the tools to go deeper in her meditations.

Manjit’s life experiences have given her a through understanding of the mental, physical and emotional anxiety and spiritual disconnection that comes from experiencing abuse, depression, anxiety, a desire to please others for fear of rejection and abandonment, self harm and self hate all in exchange for love, miscarriage and the physical illnesses of chronic fatigue and glandular fever. Using various methods and tools she learnt to connect inward to understand the state of her physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. This gave her the courage and strength to move forward in the face of adversity and create the life she has chosen to lead. She has made the conscious choice to release old wounds and learn to truly love and accept herself – the good, bad and the ugly and take full responsibility for her physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies.

Tranquility Crystals was born out of the desire to help women who have experienced the same or simply want to connect to their true essence. In this sacred space we provide the opportunity for women to learn techniques and create tools that can be used and integrated in every day life with ease.
