Firstly, we come to you! As a mobile PT service we cater to your routine. No need to leave the house or waste time travelling, spend that precious time on the other prioritise. We know your busy and maybe all you have is that 1 hour in the middle of the day to focus on your health and wellbeing goals.
Mat Pilates.
Do you ever struggle with back pain when moving things around, carrying your baby or just generally feel like you are out of touch with your body. Then Pilates is for you, you'll work muscles you never knew you had. A great accompaniment to training and creating a wholistic health routine.
Pre and Post Natal.
Our trainers are qualified and certified to work with women who are wanting to have children, during the pregnancy or post pregnancy. We make sure we can help and strengthen your body along all stages of your journey.
Strength training.
Whether your wanting to build lean muscle for you health. Strengthen your bones for life and longevity. Or are wanting to compete in a sport or athletic venture. Then strength training is for you. we will use weights, full body movements that will translate to your specific goals.
Cardio.
Not only for getting fast, building a strong heart and cardiovascular system. Cardio work will ensure you can run around for many years to come. Run up those stairs, after the bus or train and after your little ones. You'll never miss out on those special moments.
