Did you know that repetitive movements, like sitting at a desk or bending to lift, can create tension in some muscles while others become deconditioned 🤯

Muscles move in patterns of recruitment, meaning some work overtime while others do less. Over time, this imbalance can cause inflammation, restricted joint mobility, headaches, and back pain ⚡
