Today, I was thinking about how a person who feels trapped in their life can make a change.
It can feel overwhelming.
When we feel overwhelmed, often we take no action as it feels too hard.
Here is a very simple start to change. Grab a journal and pen.
Think of 5 things you are grateful for and write them down.
Develop this into a habit until you can step back and see the change you've actually made.
So the trick is not only consistently, but also variety. Express gratitude for different things every day.
What does this do?
It helps you to find positive things that are in your life. You look for the good.
When you are always looking for the good, weirdly, more good comes to you.
Suddenly, you find yourself feeling happier, more settled, and you may even attract that change you were wanting!
