I am blessed to be a Mamma to 3, a wife to my soul love and an Intuitive Psychic/Medium helping guide others on their journey we call life. Balance must come from within. I received this little message from spirit the other morning and it was about balance. It must start and end with self. You can't seek it, its something thats within. This includes how we react to people, situations etc. How we see ourselves, how we go about our day, how we deal with triggers. It is important to find balance. Sometimes we tend to just swing from one extreme to another but its about allowing that internal pendulum to find its balance in the middle. It's okay to swing in each direction but generally it must come back to centre where we hold balance. Are you a natural react first kinda soul? Join the club its hard isn't it especially when it comes to something that you are passionate about and hey if anything or anyone tries to get in your way whoa look out! I get it from one extremely passionate soul to another I completely get it. I'm learning too, big lessons I've had myself just to sit with it we don't need to jump the gun so fast there is a little thing called patience hahaa and well we also don't need to take on other's energy that want to alway see the fault or negative first. It's okay to wear rose coloured glasses and see the glass half full. We just gotta find that inbetween when we are threatened by the glass half empty dark shades of wanting it all but prepared to make it happen souls.

Our Story

Hi my name is Trish and I would like to welcome you with big open arms to Soulful Living. Its not a coincidence that you found me and I know that there would be a divine reason that you have been sent this way and for that I am incredibly grateful.

So firstly a little bit about me - I am an intuitive Psychic/Medium, currently living in the coastal town of Cowes on beautiful Phillip Island with my soul mate who I am now blessed to be married to & my three gorgeous children.

I have a deep passion for helping others on their life journey and I know that it is my life purpose to do so. Being able to pass on messages from loved ones who are no longer here gives me so much joy and I feel its an incredible priviledge to do so.

I love to be able to help people shift through areas where they are stuck in their life through a psychic or soul session giving them clarity and guidance to move forward. I consider it a pure blessing that I do this work.
