Another Monday, another new week gosh it comes around quickly doesnt it! I hope you all had a lovely weekend. I happened to come across these beautiful little cards on the weekend that I was just drawn to. They are a little deck of just inspirational messages. You simply close your eyes, take a deep breath in and out then say to yourself I release all that no longer serves me and intuitively draw a card. Lovely to use throughout the day. I drew this one today let me say VERY accurate! I can at times be very much a "reactor" I notice this pattern in myself very much part of our "humanness" Had a big lesson in this over the weekend with my 18 year old. Well just turned 18 (that probably explains it all 🤣) but it's taught me I need to pause, and look within a bit with this and rememember we all were 18 once hard though isn't it being the Mum we tend to just go into Mum mode! Life is full of these little moments and at the time it feels pretty bloody sh*tty but then you know what I dont know if I'd have it any other way. How incredible is it though that we get to experience this life on Earth experiencing every single emotion there is. To really experience being human! Certainly I know in my life thus far its been and I know will continue to be a colourful existence keeping me on my toes and always learning and growing along the way. Its a blessing and I'm here for it all!

We can receive love in many different forms, from our partners, our friends, our family, colleagues, and of course our pets but the one love we tend to not seek is that of our self. This is the most important of all love for if we don't have that love how can anyone else's love for us be truly enough. Ever had that feeling of there's something missing. You know your husband/wife/partner loves you more than anything else but you still at times have that feeling of not complete. That feeling is the the love that is missing from self. The love you so freely crave from others and I know the love you so freely give to others its that love that is just sitting there waiting to be given to your precious self. Love yourself completely, fully, with all you have and all you are because that love is a love that your soul so desperately needs as much as your physical self needs the very air required to keep you alive! - Love Trish -

I know this is something that we see a lot of the . Well I for one don't think you can ever say it too much because it really isn't hard. And yes not everyone gets how simple it really is and that's okay because for every one person who isn't your kindness doubles as theirs. Don't let negative ways change your beautiful heart. Spread that kindness like confetti... sprinkle it everywhere even on the one who wasn't kind to you! Kindness breeds kindness so the more you give the more it will continue to flow. One small random act of kindness could literally save a life did you know that? Now if that's not a reason to share a smile, give a compliment, ask someone if they need help..., then I don't know what is!

Our Story

Hi my name is Trish and I would like to welcome you with big open arms to Soulful Living. Its not a coincidence that you found me and I know that there would be a divine reason that you have been sent this way and for that I am incredibly grateful.

So firstly a little bit about me - I am an intuitive Psychic/Medium, currently living in the coastal town of Cowes on beautiful Phillip Island with my soul mate who I am now blessed to be married to & my three gorgeous children.

I have a deep passion for helping others on their life journey and I know that it is my life purpose to do so. Being able to pass on messages from loved ones who are no longer here gives me so much joy and I feel its an incredible priviledge to do so.

I love to be able to help people shift through areas where they are stuck in their life through a psychic or soul session giving them clarity and guidance to move forward. I consider it a pure blessing that I do this work.
