Hello beautiful souls I hope this post finds you well! I just wanted to pop on and give a big heartfelt welcome and thank you to all th new follower to the page. I just LOVE how the universe works it always gives me the nudge well lets be honest more of a kick up the butt when I need to get back to doing what I am meant to be doing and that is of being of service to spirit. So here I am back. Last weekend of my theatre groups production which has been nothing short of amazing and a sell out season! Thank you for your patience and understanding but well when you get the signs and believe me today has been a FULL ON woo woo day as some may call it you simply can't ignore it!

Hello beautiful souls! Apologies I haven't been as active on here. I'm currently in production week with my theatre group and life has just been extremely busy! I've decided to just put readings on hold for the next few weeks until the show is finished as I'm just finding my energy levels are very low and so listening to my inner compass that is guiding me to take a little pause. Sincerely sorry for those who had booked and I have had to reschedule. I truly appreciate your understanding and patience. Remember to be kind to yourself and check in on your own inner compass what is it trying to direct you to do? I'll be back mid June for bookings again. Much love Trish x

People Pleasing.... We've almost all done this at some stage and perhaps still do. It's not always easy to say No to someone in fact it can be bloody hard especially when you are an empath we just want to save everyone! But it's not possible unfortunately. I believe every humans path we cross is for a reason sometimes a season sometimes a lifetime but there's usually a lesson behind it either for them or for you. Sometimes even both at the same time. I struggle with this because well I just love to help people, to show them their inner light because it's always there it just sometimes needs to be re lit. But if someone fights you with all they have to help themselves its well nearly impossible. Their journey is theirs and sometimes unfortunately you may be the very thing that is hindering them understanding their lesson however hard it is to walk away. Or perhaps just take a few steps back.

When we go through tough times, or through a situation that we question ourselves what on earth are we doing or why are we doing this we need to stop and look at it from a different angle. I learnt this today through a very wise friend of mine. Its for us to look at an imbalance and try and find they why. What is it showing us that we need to heal within. What is it that needs looking at for us to grow and move on. Guilt serves no purpose in all this neither does beating ourselves up over and over again. A simple acceptance and a deeper dive within is what is needed for our soul to make sense of this although remembering that same soul chose this experience too for whatever reason it needed to. Every day we are learning, growing, taking one five steps back and maybe only one forward but we keep going, keep moving. Don't let the s**t weigh you down. Try and tread through it with some steady heavy duty boots and a gentle heart because berating ones self doesnt solve anything but only adds to the heavy emotions already at play x

I came across this gorgeous deck of Oracle cards in Big W of all places and well they seemed to just jump into my hands. So of course home with me they went. 😁 . Their energy is beautiful and gentle yet strong at the same time. So I intuitively chose a card today. Authenticity, speaking your truth and standing up for self. Not allowing others to walk over your precious soul. Calling out negative behaviour, boundaries self protection and lost importantly.. self love
This was the message and I trust it may resonate with some of you too.

Did you know who your number one fan truly is? Yes yourself! Bit of a hard fact to accept I know but if you don't have full belief in yourself, completely accepting of self flaws and all then how can anyone else be expected to ? Spirit supports this unconditionally and daily tries to remind us of this very fact hence this very post I write now is a reminder from them. So beautiful imperfectly perfect soul back yourself.
