Cold mornings are definitely here ❄️

As women, it’s so easy to put ourselves last when we’re juggling kids, work, and everything else. But when your cup is empty, it’s hard to properly show up for everyone else too.

Even a small amount of movement can make such a difference mentally and physically through winter.

Consistency is key!
I see so many people changing exercises every week, and it’s holding them back.
To really build strength and see progress, you need a structured program; target those muscle groups several times a week, and focus on progressive overload.
Stick to the basics, master them! and you’ll see the results you want!

It’s how your body coordinates from your pelvic floor up. When that connection is off, everything feels unstable, especially when stress kicks in.

But sometimes it’s not about adding more… it’s about noticing what you’re already doing.
Today was just play… and it counted more than I expected. ✨

April felt like two different worlds, both filling me up in completely different ways 💛

Bali gave me space… space to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect. Being surrounded by such a beautiful Bhakti Yoga community reminded me how powerful it is to be in a room of open hearts. The conversations, the energy, the shared presence… it stayed with me long after I left.

And then coming home, straight back into the arms of my boy. School holidays, simple moments, laughter, cuddles, long days together… the kind of love that grounds you instantly. No distractions, just us.

I feel so full. So grateful for both the connection with others, and the deep, unconditional love at home.

Life feels really aligned right now and I’m soaking it all in ✨
