Hi, I’m Sheryl — an Osteopath with a long-standing love for helping people feel better in their bodies. I began my journey in health back in 2007 as a qualified Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist, and went on to complete my Osteopathy degree in 2013. Since then, I’ve worked across private clinics, spent time in a large UK hospital, and eventually set up my own practice here in Melbourne.
For the past couple of years, I took a step back from the clinic to focus on occupational health — treating and assessing workers across farms, warehouses, and factories, keeping them safe and injury free. While I loved that experience, I’m now thrilled to return to what I enjoy most: caring for the local community in Melbourne’s north western suburbs.
My treatment approach is hands-on and tailored to each individual. I use a combination of soft tissue massage, joint manipulation, stretching, and dry needling. I also prescribe exercises to help you stay active and moving well between sessions.
Outside the clinic, I’m a busy (and very proud) mum of two. I’m also an indoor plant enthusiast, a passionate baker, and a total foodie — seriously, the key to my soul is good food! I love spending time with my friends and family, especially when it involves sharing a meal and a good laugh.
Whether you’re dealing with pain, looking to move better, or just want to feel your best — I’m here to help 🤍
