Our regional residents do not muck around when it comes to tea, they know a good (or bad) thing when they see it, so you'd better believe it's a tough crowd down there. Our Sunshine facility may be nestled deep in suburbia but staying true to its name, our newly renovated building ensures our residents have plenty of sunshine.

As the facility went through a stunning facelift in 2024, the interior was really brought to life by our outside gardens. Walking by the windows, you'll notice adorable outdoor nooks and clever floor to ceiling windows which allow plenty of light to pour in. Being the smallest of our four facilities, light was an important part of the renovation at Sunshine - as our residents can pop out into the sun-spaces, or enjoy these brilliant little gardens at window-sight.

OOOoooo La La, look who just got a new facelift!

Hope Aged Care Gladstone Park was under renovation for 10 weeks in 2024 and after a short break works to the building will continue from February 11th with a complete focus to improve the comfort of our residents so the outside, can truly match the inside.

For 30 years, we have provided the highest quality care for Victoria’s aged care community. Our philosophy is that all residents continue to live a fulfilling and purposeful life, maintaining their position and role within their family and community.

Nestled in the quiet and peaceful streets of Brunswick, Gladstone Park and Sunshine West, our 3 fully accredited aged care homes aim to reflect the surrounding community whilst also embracing every resident’s own needs and wishes. In late 2018, we commenced construction of our 4th facility, in Swan Hill, due for completion in late 2019.

Under the banner of Hope Aged Care, each home has its own individual name to properly reflect the location and wonderful uniqueness of each facility. In addition to each providing a comfortable and relaxing environment, our facilities at Brunswick and Gladstone Park also have secure dementia wards, with a specialised dementia ‘Outdoor Walkway’. Featuring beautiful soft music to accompany the pictures along the path, these outdoor walkways allow for a relaxing environment and experience for both residents and their families.

We specialise in catering to all our resident’s needs, ensuring that comfort and quality are second to none. We aim to create the most comfortable residence for all residents, with the highest quality nursing care available.
