Monday - Friday 6.00pm - 9.00pm
Saturday and Sunday 9.00am - 2.00pm

I meet with clients at home in Lyndhurst, South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and also in the Western Suburbs by arrangement in St. Appointments are one on one, in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Consultations are FREE! Are you starting your day right?

Your daily water/fluid intake is just as important as what you eat each day.

Starting my day with a 500ml cup of hot water with lemon and a 750ml glass of water

You should be aiming to drink a minimum of 2.5L daily, including hot drinks (without the milk and sugar)

Water helps to regulate body temperature, flushes out toxins and assists with the absorption of necessary vitamins and minerals.

There are several ways to increase drinking more water each day.

- Set yourself a daily water target
- Set goals to drink a certain amount at different times throughout the day
- Always carry a water bottle with you wherever you go
- Refill the water bottle/glass back up as soon as it’s empty
- Set reminders or alarms to remind yourself to drink
- Sip water before and after meals and during breaks
- Have a drink whenever you need to go the bathroom, and afterwards too
- Drink herbal teas
- Add lemon, lime or cucumber
- Add Cambridge Water Flavouring, there are 5 flavours available

The best part about drinking water.......... It’s calorie free, Zero calories YAY!!!

We (Carolyn and Paul) will use the next 20 weeks to get our Summer Bodies ready!!!

This takes us up until the 7th November.
Why this date?
We have a family wedding to get in tip top shape for!!!

Raspberry & vanilla trifle recipe
*Suitable for all steps

You can officially have Trifle while on The 1:1 Diet… just follow the steps below and indulge in this great dessert!

1. Add 1 serving of The 1:1 Diet Raspberry & Elderflower Water Flavouring to 1 serving of The 1:1 Diet Mix-a-Mousse and top with 1 litre of water. Mix well.

2. Pour some into a glass and chill (remember to leave room for more layers!)

3. Mix up a sachet of The 1:1 Diet Vanilla Flavour Shake with 1 serving of Mix-a-Mousse and 227ml of water

4. Add to the glass and chill

5. When set top with another layer of Raspberry & Elderflower mix

6. When that has set repeat with another layer of Vanilla mix

7. Tuck in!
