Massage Students at Max Therapy Institute are supported in their learning to develop a strong link between theory and practical knowledge. These courses are designed to progress the students from basic theory to becoming competent, confident practitioner. All massage Trainers & Assessors are fully qualified with current clinical experience. This ensures that students are exposed to the up-to-date approaches in clinical practice and industry. All learning programs are taught in accordance with government and registered body requirements. General English (GE) prepare all students to continue on to further study in Australia by ensuring they have the level of English and structure to meet the entry requirement of their prospective course. Our GE Trainers & Assessors are fully qualified and highly experienced. Qualifications available include:

Did you know? MTI is the only school in Victoria offering the Myotherapy course to international students. 💪

This program prepares students to become Myotherapists, specialising in the assessment, treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal conditions.

Through hands-on clinical practice, students learn to:
✅ Assess and identify dysfunctions causing symptoms
✅ Apply Myotherapy techniques with Dry Needling, Cupping, and TENS machine
✅ Understand Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology, Biomechanics & Pathology to connect the myofascial system with the whole body
