On 28 February 2026, Mount Martha Life Saving Club will be holding its annual Pride Patrol event.

“Pride Patrol” is a really special day that celebrates the diverse and inclusive culture of our club, and in particular our LGBTIQA+ community members. On the day, the beach and clubhouse will be awash with rainbow colours, with the highlight being the PRIDE SWIM at 1.00 pm.

The swim is a relaxed, non-competitive sea swim. It’s designed to be welcoming and accessible. The swim is nominally 400m, but participants are very welcome to swim at their own pace and turn back whenever they like. It’s all about fun, inclusion and getting involved.

Everyone is welcome, it’s free to take part, and it’s always a fantastic afternoon for a great cause. Come along and invite your mates!

Peanut Butter Protein Balls 🤤

Ingredients:
• 2 cup Rice Bubbles
• 1 cup smooth peanut butter
• ½ cup protein powder
• 4 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt (if your PB isn’t salty)

Method:
1. Gently crush the Rice Bubbles in a bowl (you want crunch, not dust).
2. In another bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, vanilla (and salt).
3. Stir in protein powder until smooth.
4. Fold in Rice Bubbles.
5. Roll into balls and refrigerate for 2hrs to set.
6. Bonus: Melt chocolate in the microwave and drizzle over the balls before refrigeration 🤤

✨ This historic happening is the result of a team of creative and enthusiastic q***rs and allies combining their skills and talents.

What a year it has been. With so many of us going through so much. Both positive and not so positive. I am so proud of the wonderful group of people that I am fortunate enough to coach every week. For showing up through injury, mental health difficulties, big life changes, being cognisant of what’s happening in the world currently. Everyone got stronger this year, both physically and mentally. Everyone learned something new about themselves. And everyone showed up and did the hard thing. You are all golden and I am incredibly fortunate to know you all and work with you all. 2026 will be what it will be. And we will continue to show up for ourselves and for each other 🩵

Vision Statement

To create a better everyday life for as many people as possible by helping them to use movement and fitness to care for themselves, for themselves. Through movement, nutrition and cultivation of a healthy mindset, a persons strength, confidence and overall well-being can be shaped and refined.

Mission Statement

Changing the world one body, mind and spirit at a time by inspiring, motivating and challenging people from all walks of life to use movement and fitness as a way of caring for their mental and physical health. Informing and educating in order to arm as many people as possible with tools and knowledge that will serve them in taking care of their entire self.
