🧐 What does a first session training with me look like 🧐
Session start: We’ll have a quick chat to see how you’re feeling so I can make any necessary adjustments to your session before we start.
Warm-up: You’ll jump on an assault bike for 3min to warm up.
1st workout: This workout, regardless of if you’re currently training or have never trained before, is a chance for me to get to know how your body moves and your capacity. So we’ll go over basic movements like squat, push-up, lunge, row, press, step-up, crunch/sit-up.
Mobility: We’ll finish with 5–10min of mobility and a session debrief.
Total time: 45min 😎
